There are just a few steps necessary before your product reaches it’s intended destination.
Once a purchase is made online:
Immediately following all customer orders there will be an email indicating we have received the order request.
Time - Up to 3 hours after purchase
Upon acknowledgement of receipt of order, our review team assess orders.
Time - Within 24 hours of acknowledgement
Our review team will send the order to the packaging department. Our Packaging department will prepare every order for outgoing shipments
Time - 24 hours
According to day & time of order all shipments will be processed within 3-4 days and ready for shipping.
Shipping terms are regular ground and expedited according to which you choose.
Time - 3-7 business days
Below is an example of how our processing and shipping works:
Once you place your order you will receive an email indicating our receipt of the order.
Every order is reviewed for any special request. (This will be done within 24hrs of you receiving your order receipt email)
Our next step is to package your order and place in the outgoing shipping bin...
Shipments go out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 4pm!
(Unless there is a special request for shipments)
Thus if you place an order on Monday at noon... you should receive a receipt email within (3hrs)! Tuesday by (3pm) our quality control team would have reviewed the order and sent it up to the packaging department.
Once in the packaging department this team will prepare the it to be shipped out.
That order will be packaged within 24hrs and sent to the outgoing shipping department.
It will end up in Wednesdays outgoing shipping!
Weekend (Saturday/Sunday)orders will be processed in the same timely order... or will processed as a Monday before noon order!
Order processing is 1-3 business days.
Once the shipment goes out with designated delivery company... **expected delivery will be 3-7 business days.
We gladly accept special request and expedited deliveries. Please use designated areas on our website!
