RETURNS

If you purchase a product and change your mind at the time you receive it, you may return it for a refund within 30 days. 

  • Refunds are only given for products that are still in unopened and unused condition. (Products must not be opened, worn or tampered with due to hygenic reasons and safety of our customers.)
  • Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of purchase date
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the returned product(s) are received by NaturalbyNature Products, llc.
  • Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable 
  • Return Shipping is not provided by NaturalbyNature Products
  • Free Shipping Specials are subject to minimum order amounts; hence a refund will be issued less the actual shipping cost
  • Refunds may take 7 - 14 business days to process once NaturalbyNature has received the returned product.
  • Keep Tracking Number of returned product for delivery verification

How to initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact Customer AffairsThis is required in order to process a refund. Attach a copy of your original invoice along with the returning products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can only be done at the physical location if approved by the NaturalbyNature Team. If you ordered online and are interested in an exchange please contact us for further information. .

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Again, our policy last for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
